Keeping your ass sitting on your ass

Somehow and sometime in my life I started sitting for a majority of my day at my job. This was a big shift from previous work as cycle messenger, carpenter, food delivery guy, street outreach worker, and stock boy. Contrary to my other jobs sitting all day has lead to some serious health problems, and actually comes with some very serious health risks for the long haul of life. A lot of my friends also have office jobs, and I care about you fools.
