To my three glorious readers,

I had to be at work early today. In my rush I neglected your need for navel gazing writing on working out. Please forgive me. In place of my witty prose I leave you with this image.

    Ended yesterday with a bowl of chicken soup and 7 hours of sleep (well 7 in the bed). Bfast was thee eggs and 3 slices of bacon.

    Black Coffee

    Lunch – Big salad from whole foods with turkey, tuna, mescaline mix, cucumber, tuna, sunflower seeds, chicken, olive oil, black coffee.

    snack – three handfulls of trail mix (nuts, seeds, mulberries, and gogi berries)
