Rest Day

Yesterday I was supposed to have a rest day from this blog, but I got all excited. I know, I know. Rest is super important, without rest you dont actually get stronger, faster or fitter. In  fact without rest you get sick. In order to make up for my lack of rest I give you this, another article on sleep from EBLB.
