Sleep

Since I had my tooth out on Tuesday I have been spending a lot of my time sleeping. I know I should sleep a lot anyway since I train hard. I have all the excuses that most people do: work, stress, better things to do, etc.  When I was at the dentist I saw myself in the mirror and realized how tired and rundown I looked, and then I felt it.

Do to the Vicodin haze I’ve been in I don’t have anything original to give you but I do have this good intro article about sleep from EBLB. Check it out, and get some shut eye.
