    Are these two separate WODs or two parts of one? I did WOD #1 today, once through. Took me 8:53 but I definitely wasn’t rushing myself. I felt maxed out on sit ups but still needed a little more something, so I did 50 push ups at the end. I am limited on gear at the moment, so I just used a couple of 10lb weights on the lunges, maybe it would have felt more challenging if I had 15 or 20lbs in each hand! Next time I try this I’ll either double the weight or double the number of lunges.
