I know I was away for a while. But i am back again.

Warm Up
25 jumping jacks
5 push ups
10 walking lunges
x2

WOD
Run 200 Meters
10 Burpees
10 Air Squats
x2
Rest 3 minutes
Repeat 2 more times.
