It is raining in Miami.
Warm Up
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
5 Pushups
10 Step Back Lunges
x2

sprint

WOD
Get your watch, put it on your wrist.

Go for a twenty minute walk/sprint session.

Sprint for 10
5 squats
walk for 1 minute thirty seconds.

Rinse and repeat.

Stretch

Calf Stretch
Lying glute stretch
Pigeon Pose
Downward Facing Dog

    i did it. not too bad – there is a track near my house that i sprinted on. also some serious hiking this past weekend in the mountains outside seattle.

    i seem to have re-developed my gut…all these rainy days drinking coffee with cream and too many lattes. 🙂
