Warm Up
20 jumping jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
5 Push Ups
10 step back Lunges


Get your watch, put it on your wrist.

Go for a twenty minute walk/sprint session.

Sprint for 10
3 burpees
walk for 1 minute thirty seconds.

Rinse and repeat.


Calf Stretch
Lying glute stretch
Pigeon Pose
Downward Facing Dog
