WOD 5.6.09

Today’s workout is a variation of a classic CrossFit work out called “Filthy 50” this version is scaled down and doesn’t require an extra equipment.

Warm Up

Run for 2 minutes as hard as you can

WOD – Terrible Twenty

20 tuck jumps
20 Chair Dips

20 walking lunges
20 squats
20 sit ups
20 Back Extensions
20 Push Ups
20 Squat Jumps
20 Burpees
20 Tuck Jumps

Get through this as fast as you can with minimal rest.  Post time to comments.

    i wasted a little time looking up what a tuck jump is and i only got through 10 Burpees…ugh. gotta work on my arm/shoulder/back strength.

    joe, this is great. please keep doing it.

    i will keep it up if you will. You couldn’t finish the burpees cause you ran out of time? or you just couldn’t do them? if you just couldn’t do them you rest until you can, break them up, whatever you need to do….here it!?
