Get out there and sprint!


Warm up

20 Jumping Jacks
5  Push Ups
5  Squats


Get your watch, put it on your wrist.

Go for a twenty minute walk/sprint session.

Sprint for 10 seconds then walk for 1 minute thirty seconds.

Rinse and repeat.
