May Day Mayhem WOD

This work out is in honor of International Workers’s Day

WOD 5.1.09

Warm up
25 Jumping Jacks
5 Tuck Jumps (see yesterdays post)
3 push ups

25 Burpees this can be modified by not doing the push up and taking away the jump.
5 sit ups
20 burpees
10 situps
15 burpees
15 sit ups
10 burpees
20 sit ups
5 burpees
25 sit ups

Do this workout as fast as you can only resting when you need to. Post time to comments.

Hold the plank for as long as you can

Pigeon Pose
