Here we go attempt number 2.
Lately I have been thinking about quitting my paid movement work and doing training on a more full time basis. For some reason this feels like a step back in my life. I don’t know why.

This didn’t look so bad till I started doing it…burpees kill me every time, though.
15:58 total, with 12:04 for the first part, 2 min rest, and then 1:53 for the sit ups. Thanks, this was great!
